Pioneer was recommended to us by a friend.  Randy provided a reasonable quote, delivered on that quote.  He was professional, prompt, courteous and made sound suggestions on some home maintenance.  We have odd shaped windows, many two story.  The windows look great.  We have small dogs and he was mindful of their requirements as well.  We will definitely use Pioneer again.

Randy and his wife, Wanda are a great team!  He does the outside, and she does the inside.  I didn’t realize how dirty my windows were until they worked their magic.  My windows sparkle, and they did it without any disruption of the house inside or out.   I will recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

Randy came and cleaned out our first and second story gutters, which were full of debris from overhanging trees. As a result, we have had no gutter problems this winter! He cleaned out the hard to reach places that we never can reach. The grounds were completely clean when he was finished. He was quick, professional, and very reasonably priced. I will never clean out a gutter again.

Randy did a great job of gutter cleaning for our 40-unit townhouse complex.  He completed the job as promised, picked up the fallen debris, communicated well and provided a wealth of welcome feedback about other maintenance concerns spotted while he was on our roofs.  Because Randy personally does the work, we avoided the mis-communication and excuses we have too often encountered when dealing with larger companies.
